informs the community about curriculum initiatives and student/teacher activities in public schools,from preschool through Grade 12
Aired monthly, we will highlight a Trumbull resident whose life is (or has been) fascinating, remarkable, noteworthy, or just downright interesting. For example, such a person might have:
• led a life devoted to charitable service
• had a fascinating or unusual career
• traveled extensively to exotic places
• kept a collection of rare or curious objects or
• been an innovator or inventor in a particular field.

Requests should be made at least two weeks in advance of the event or activity. Requests will be granted on a case-by-case basis depending upon the time, date, and the availability of videographers. TEC reserves the right to decline any request.
Cancellation of a request should be made at least 24 hours prior to the event or activity. Any changes to the schedule of an event or activity should be directed to either John Annick or the videographer.
TEC does not normally edit videotapes on behalf of program producers prior to broadcast. However, editing may be requested in special circumstances. The decision of whether or not to edit a videotape is within the sole discretion of TEC.
The person making the request for videotaping services must sign an authorization allowing the videographer to tape the event or activity. Download the form.![]()
Prior to the event or activity, it is advised that the requester contact the videographer to discuss the content that the requester wishes to capture on tape. Within these guidelines, the videographer retains discretion with regard to such techniques as zoom, panning, etc. The videographer will, to his/her best ability, follow any guidelines or suggestions of the requester. However, the videographer is not responsible for producing a “perfect” tape as may be envisioned by the requester.
The decision whether or not to air any videotape is within the sole discretion of TEC. If aired, TEC reserves the sole right to determine what time(s) and/or date(s) the videotapes are aired.
