Trumbull Community Television Content Retention Policy

Government Meetings: All government meetings recorded by TCTV are kept on the VOD server for two years, space permitting. Once the two years elapses, meetings will be stored for an additional 18 months via cloud-based storage. After that time, those government meetings will be deleted.
Educational Content: Educational content recorded by TCTV includes THS sports, graduation, elementary, middle and THS school concerts, town-sponsored musical performances, and educational content presented at locations including the library and senior center.
All educational content is kept on the VOD server for one year, space permitting. After one year, this content will be stored for an additional 18 months via cloud-based storage. After that time, that content will be deleted.
Exceptions to this Timeline: At the discretion of Station Management, some content will be kept indefinitely. This content can include, but is not limited to:
- THS Graduations
- Economic & Community Development events for local businesses
- Public Service Announcements and other Interstitial programming
- Special sports events
- Some school concerts
- Other programming of special interest to the community
